Our Summer and school break day camps, themed dance parties and etiquette classes for young ladies provide an enriching experience where they will learn and share and grow in a nurturing and respectful environment. Theme events include costume & prop bits, dance instruction, plus crafts &/or other activities, as well as a performance and reception for families at the end of the session.
Themes include:
- L'il Mermaid Camp - 2 sessions (beginner & intermediate), 2 days each; the last day of each session includes aquatic performance and mermaid certificate ceremony. Merminions (ages 8-12) and Mermaidens (13-17)
- Faeries (both woodland & water) - this takes place out of doors and includes fae folk dance
- Island girls - Polynesian dance
- Genie dreams - belly dance
- CanCan dancers - yep, the kind with the big flouncy skirts!
- Bollywood Maharincesses - fun campy dance steps out of an Indian musical
- Flapper girls - the Charleston
- GoGo girls - 60's dancing
- Socialettes - this is more of a finishing school experience - learning social etiquette and table manners as well as how to walk, sit properly, etc.
