We are the siren within, the overflowing heart and confident caring soul that resides at the core of every woman, too often buried and stifled by the busyness of modern life and its unrelenting demands.
Our programs and services are inspired by the desire to provide healthy, healing outlets for women to reclaim and nurture their native femininity, poise, grace, quiet confident power... you know, all the good stuff. We give women the license and means to indulge the siren within, with the sincere hope that they will use their self-satisfaction and serenity to bless and buoy others.
We strive to accomplish all of the above by playfully and lovingly stretching, growing and exercising with our sister sirens mentally, emotionally and physically. Basically, we remind women of how truly beautiful they are, inside and out - and we provide a constructive way to celebrate that beauty through dance, song, art imagination and sharing.

We are currently working to secure funding that would enable us to offer scholarships and pay-as-you're-able options to those who wish to participate but may be tuitionally challenged.

Our home base is Long Beach, California. If you live out of the area and would like the mountain to come to you, that can be arranged with a group of 8 or more.
